Grief & the Outdoors: Day Hike

A guided day hike for bereaved siblings. Walk, talk, breathe, and connect in nature.

This moderate-difficulty hike takes us along a beautiful ridgeline trail with panoramic views. No experience necessary — just a willingness to move and be present.

We'll stop for lunch at a scenic overlook and share a brief group reflection.

All fitness levels welcome. We hike at the pace of the slowest member, because nobody gets left behind.
